The poké bowl is a staple of Hawaiian cuisine. The concept? Similar to Japanese chirashi and Peruvian ceviche, the poké bowl is made up of a protein base: raw fish marinated in cubes (red tuna, salmon, etc.), falafel or tofu, on a base of vinegared rice to which we add vegetables and fresh fruit (mango, avocado, pineapple, etc.).
Served cold, with or without sauce, the poké at our Hawaiian restaurant Melon Cesson are made with fresh, unprocessed ingredients and are full of flavour.
